After having suck difficulties with canceling my contract in January 2024 Planet fitness continues to deduct monthly fees from my account. From other complaints I have seen on-line it seems that it is a common problem with Planet Fitness. My original reference was PFQ-79829. Pls refund me immediately.. ZS Ismail

04 Mar 2024, 21:12This is not what we were told. We tried canceling before the 25th of January and was told to hold on till someone calls us back. Your offices only called back on the 27th January.
Explain what the deduction of 01 March was for.
