Deduction of money without my consent

Planet Fitness must be the worst company to deal with when cancelling memberships. I have been trying to cancel my membership since April 2018 through the call center as well as the customer service email option. Since then they have deducted R10 000-00 from my account on two separate occasions together with the monthly membership fee. I have spent an endless amount of time and telephone charges in contacting the call center just to be disconnected.
