Deduction of money of my account a year later
<p>A year later, after I posted issues with deductions of my Bank account on HelloPeter and Planet Fitness ensured me the issue was resolved that time, deducted money again this month. What happening here? Am I going to do this every year till I eventualy close my BANK account ? Does Planet fintness think I will not notice this and do this every time? I'm not even going to ask to fix this because it seems they cannot or don't want to. What and who is going to be done with this? I want answers no from Planet Fitness directors as someone is clearly not doing their job.</p>

Planet Fitness phoned me today acknowleding that a debit order is on my account. I never agreed to this as I paid the full amount of the contract 2 years ago. The lady also mentioned that after expiery of the contract, which is this month, an automatic month to month dededuction will happen if I don't cancel the contract........Huh....... I made it clear last year when I also complained that I cancel all and made it again clear I CANCEL everything what ever they have from me. She said she will send me a comfirmation cancellation email ....well... still waiting for that if it will happen at all....................... How can a company start taking money from you if a contract is finished and without consulting you.....
