Deduction not yet refunded

Me and my husband had to renew our membership. We signed on for a two year membership \special"where the first year's fees need to be paid in advance. The second year's fees will be deducted monthly. The extra's you pay is a once off double deduction of your monthly fee each December. We are members since 1997 and therefor have tags already. This contract was signed end of June.
