Deduction nightmare

I canceled my gym membership with Planet fitness. Paid the settlement fee as per the document provided by agent55. Three months down the line and deductions are still taking place. Several calls to the useless call centre and a visit to the gym at Moreletta Park and still no luck. STAY AWAY from these people.
