Deduction after a cancelled contract

My brother's gym membership was a 1 year contract that was not explained its a auto renewal for the first time today after 1 year and 2 months we find out its a automatic renewal contract what BS is that. You deducted all his money out of his account. His a damn student and I pay that money into his account for a reason not for stupid planet fitness to deduct his money. You better cancel that contract with immediate effect and refund all his money from the time his contract ended and correct his record as this is BS. He has been in the Kuilsriver gym with my father as witness when they asked must they cancel the contract they said no the contract will end and no monies will be deducted. This happened thrice that they went in and nothing was done and still money is being deducted each time. This better stop now.
