Deducting money for no reason and no feedback

<p>So I am taking desperate measures now. </p> <p>Yet again R702 has been deducted from my account instead of R648 - And no, my consumer levy was paid last year June as it was 1 year since I took out my account. I am tired of planet fitness messing around with their users - also, now the new gym is only opening in May instead of April. The Centurion gate people has to go to other gyms that are overpopulated and the people are rude... but hey, you are deducting money for no good reason!!! This is the second time I have to do a query about this. I have send an email, and I've send a msg on Facebook. Your client service is POOR!!!!!!!!! </p>
