Deducting money after cancellation

<p>Planet Fitness Centurion is the most unproffesional gym I have ever belonged to. I cancelled my contract with them due to the fact that they raised my fees without my knowledge and they still deducted money from my account a month later. When i call to complain they keep me on hold for 20 minutes and the only feedback they can give me is that they will escalate it, which never happens. I do not recommend anyone use this gym unless you have spare cash lying around that they can deduct</p>
