Decieving consultant

Good day ,

I would like to lay a complaint regarding one of your consultants who sold us a lie.

It was towards the end of October when me and my husband went to mall@55 to do some shopping. We were with our 4 month old daughter at that time ,who is now 10 months old .

Your consultant wanted us to join the gym with planet fitness of which at the time was still under construction , he then took us inside for a tour.

We then informed him that we would like to join the gym but we can't as we have a baby , he said we should not worry as a child facility will be available for our daughter .

We feel decieved and that our money is taken away from us by a consultant who wanted to benefit from us joining the gym since we were sold a lie .

Our concern is that do you train your consultants to lie to us in order to join the gym with you guys ?

Are we now stuck with paying gym fees but we can't even attend the gym because we were **** to ?

Since me and my husband can't attend gym because of a consultant that mentioned a child facility would be there to accommodate our daughter .

We would then like to cancel the membership since we are not enjoying the benefits while our money is being taken away from us , we could rather have used that money to buy diapers or milk for our child if the truth was told to us from the beginning as we would not have joined the gym .

This is disappointing and very upsetting.

We will appreciate your response in regards to this situation that we are facing .
