Deceptive Sales promotion

I joined this gym on September 2017 with so much excitement. Upon registering I was told the good news that I would get a gym bag upon completing the set times on which one goes to the gym. I completed the period and gladly presented the marked card hoping to get a gym bag in return. I have been given excuses after excuses to this day. The people that joined long after me surprisingly got the bag upon registering and when I inquired I was told that this was because of two different departments. I was livid because that should not have anything to do with me. I was **** to in order to entice me to register and I feel that this gym is pathetic as no one even bothers to keep us updated with the development unless one asks. 7 months later and still counting I am still waiting for the gym bag... And by the way, many people are frustrated as I am not the only one.
