Deceptive Sales Practices

I am writing to address a serious concern regarding Planet Fitness. I discovered that my signature was copied and pasted onto the contract agreement without my explicit consent or acknowledgment of the terms and conditions. I was informed verbally that I could try out the facilities for seven days before making a commitment, I never even went to use the facility. Now I'm told I need to pay R 1,994.00 to cancel a contract I never agreed to. I have even handed in their access tag and still awaiting my refund of R150. Lack of transparency and *********ness.
