Deception at Planet Fitness

I was promised and signed up for a cluster member by the sales manager in April for R480 per month and even got a discount as I was leaving Virgin active. I have had problems accessing other clubs in this cluster membership as it only allows the club that is far for me unless i wait for 15minutes waiting for them to figure what to do each time and that time i am coming in just before going to work. It is now June and no one has fixed this. Just empty promises and lack of responses from the club where I originally signed up. I was told in the one conversation that i must pay extra if i want a cluster. I AM NOT PAYING ONE EXTRA CENT. I now i want this dreaded membership cancelled with immediate effect and future debit orders cancelled too!!
