December buddies

<p>Hi I was highly disappointed, embarrassed, and inconvenienced after having received an email saying throughout December I arrive to an internal communication memo advising all staff that buddies can't be brought for free until the 15th of December.</p> <p>Why were these dates not communicated on email? </p>
