Debt outstanding

PF suddenly handed me over to lawyers for debt collection stating I have an overdue account even though my debit order has been going off every month. They have not informed me of any overdue amount, simply handed me over. Can’t get through to the call centre and they simply don’t phone back. They are absolutely ridiculously bad.
