Debt Collection After Having Paid Every Month??? And yet no one informed me

So today I log into my emails, trying to clean up my mailbox, I found a debt collector trying to contact me in regards to my planet fitness account...

I AM INFURIATED BECAUSE NOT ONCE DID THEY CONTACT ME ABOUT "arrears" AMOUNTS!!

Now they are *****ing with a credit score I have worked so hard to build up!!

Firstly , I have had a direct debit order that they set up as from day one.

Secondly , some months they wouldn't deduct the full amount and other months they would even deduct more than said amount.

Thirdly I have been trying to get hold of them to fix this and they haven't been giving me any service or feedback whatsoever.

I am extremely upset.

Since every month there has been MORE THAN ENOUGH money for them to deduct but they have problems on their side. Not deducting the correct amounts but deducting EVERY MONTH.

February 2018 they even deducted more than they should have.

December they did not inform me of the Levy fee and I asked then to deduct it in January and they never did.

That is the only amount I am aware of and I have been battling ever since to get any service so that I just gave up.

In the bank statements they will also see that they didnt always deduct the correct amount, and when I tried contacting then I got no service?

I will not pay R2000 now for something they have been *****ing up.

And this month I didnt even receive a notification of them trying to deduct.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
