Debiting my account for Plattekloof rates instead of Parklands rates!!!!!!!!!!!!

When we signed up, we told the sales person Damien and Chad at the time that we will sign with Parklands gym in January 2019. Damien advised that I can sign up with Planet Fitness Plattekloof up for the black Friday special and then we can transfer at no cost as we will be down grading from Plattekloof gym to Parklands gym. Therefore when we transferred in January they wanted to charge us which Chad said that was not what Damien said when he got us to sign up. Only to find out while gym-ing at Parklands for 3 months they charged me Plattekloof rates once the black Friday special kicked out. This is *****! I expect a manager to contact me about this as from day 1 to now we have been receiving pathetic service. Endless problems with PlanetFitness Gym. My account was again being debited for Plattekloof rates I will take this further to the Ombudsman as this is unacceptable. Someone from Planet Fitness called me to say that the transfer is now finally sorted, free of charged as this is what was sold to us from day one but how can it be free if they are deducting Plattekloof rates from my account which they refusing to pay back!
