Debiting my account 2 months later after cancelling membership

I cancelled my membership with Planet fitness 2 months ago, for myself and my brother as the person responsible for both accounts. However, my account is still being debited till today. I have called numerous times to cancel and I had been told it has been cancel only to find, come month end, they are debiting my account again. This really unfair because when someone no longer requires your services and are not using them but still insist on making them pay for them.
