DEBITING ACCOUNT AFTER CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION

Signed up 03.02.2022 (The Marc) Advised to only activate after medical aid kicks in end of March. Sales person confirmed they will only debit in Pril 2022. Cancelled application telephonically 14.02.2022 and again 16.02.2023 and sent an email 25.02.2022 to confirm cancellation yet Planet Fitness is still debiting my account! See attached email. I need this nonsense to stop immediately!
