DEBITED TWICE IN ONE MONTH!!!!

Planet Fitness debited my account on 26 September. Today, I wake up to another debit order of the same amount. I called the branch, she says my account is in areas by R3000! I call the national call centre, they say my account hasn't been paid since 2013! I tell them to please check my system because my account has been debited every single month, and it is not my fault that it it not reflecting on their systems. So now I have to go to the bank to get 2 years of bank statements (which I will pay for) to prove to them that I have been paying! SOOO ANNOYING and USELESS! I am closing my contract as soon as I can!!!!
