Debit orders post cancellation of membership

For the 4th consecutive month Planet Fitness has deducted money from my bank account for my wife's gym membership which was cancelled by me several times (from July until now), telephonically and in writing. Their customer service confirmed in writing that it had been cancelled, and provided reference numbers for same e.g ***. Yet the money continues to be deducted *******ly by them. It would seem that they are determined to teach me a lesson, and to ***** my money!! <br> <br> I would not recommend anyone joining this gym - as once you joined you cannot rid yourselves of them!!! ?#?PlanetfitnessUsuck?
