Debit orders not cancelled

Planet Fitness is the worst company ever. we had 3 contracts with them. my husband, my son and myself, we cancelled our contracts and our last debit order was supposed to be on 01 Feb 2016. needless to say this was not done (2 of the 3 debit orders went through on 02 March 2016) and trying to reach them..... anyone by phone seems to be impossible. I need my debit orders to be refunded!!!!! and cancelled.
