debit order woes

<p>for the last 6 months planet fitness has been double debiting me for the agreed amount of R449 and then R549 FOR WHAT??? </p> <p>after having a look at my bank statement for other reasons i managed to pick up on this. thy still have not sorted the problem out and i want the thousands of rands owed to me </p>
