Debit order taken after a I paid a year upfront

As a Planet Fitness platinum member, I was quite disappointed with the way I have been treated at the Planet Fitness call center. I joined the Platinum Gym in Sandton, and paid a year's membership upfront (June 2014). Feb 2015 I get a debit order deducted from my account from Planet Fitness, and it has been 4 calls, and nearly two weeks later, still unresolved. <br> <br> After I was assured I'll get feedback from Probaka before COB today, I had to phone ten minutes to five only to have him respond with \I haven't heard anything from accounts department yet
