Debit Order refund

I canceled my membership with them because of poor service especially their call center, they said they would refund me in 7 days time. Last year I had the same problem,up to now I haven't received even a brown cent from them. They are the worst, I recommend Virgin Active to people looking for gyms, Planet is the worst ever.
