Debit order query

So I'm a new member of planet fitness, September was my fist month of working out. To.my surprise month end of September they debited my account two times, when I called to inquire no one could help me with my query the call center agent even opted on giving me a settlement amount in case I want to terminate the account. I'm so disappointed as I was looking forward on working out there... So I'm gonna reverse both amounts and stop the debit order. If no one can help me I will help myself, I will go elsewhere where they will care about their clients.
