DEBIT ORDER ON THE WRONG DATE AGAIN

my ID number is ***.<br> Planet Fitness debited my account (179.00) on the 19 September 2015 the debit order went through.Again on the 01 October 2015 Planet fitness debited my account (R179.00) the debit order bounced which has left me with an unpaid fee of R125.00. Planet fitness I want that R125.00 paid back into my Nedbank ***.I have never have to deal with an unprofessional company like Planet Fitness before .
