Debit order never a proof

I cancel my planet fitness contract after i had a fight with them because of debit orders they never take and have on email my cancelation now they wants to take the debit order off after i cancel the contract and i feel like they never care to take the money when i use the gym but now that i cancel they whats to take it i need to cancel it i move to a small town and they don't have a gym
