Debit Order - I dont believe I should pay

A levy was taken from my account that I was not informed about. I was told that I do not need to read the contract prior to signing as everything was being explained to me verbally - everything in the contract. I specifically asked Robert if there are any levies and he told us (my colleague and I) that the only money that we would have to pay is our monthly premium. Now imagine to my surprise when this morning I get a sms from my bank with another debit order being taken by Planet Fitness. I do not believe I should pay this. They have the nerve to refer me to my contract, when it is their consultant that said that there are no levies. No copy was given to me of the contract, only now that I complain do they give it to me. Robert misled us into signing the contract by assuring us that there is no levy. We instill our trust to service providers because we pay them every month, but they go and pull stunts like this! This is not on at all. There was another lady who was complaining about the same thing when I went to query this, this morning. Clearly there is still alot more complaints to come. This lady was also serviced by Robert.
