Debit order gone off but I paid everything upfront

A debit order of R299 went off on my bank account this morning. In August 2015 I joined Planet Fitness again and paid the whole amount (R2388,00) upfront.<br> <br> I signed the contract and paid for 12 months up front, not 3. <br> <br> I have emailed and got no response. I phoned and no-one answered and 2 times, someone didn't even answer, they just hung up. <br> <br> Sort this out ASAP.
