Debit order for what?

<p>I had a debit order for a black tag linked to my account for my main membership we payed once of cash. The contract was up and we phoned in and cancelled the contract with all due money settled . But now one month later I get R444 debited from my account and the next day R30. What the heck is going on. I heard horror stories about planet fitness debiting ex members accounts but never thought it would happen to me. Someone please help because no one replies to emails??</p>
