Debit Order

We have joined Planet Fitness, Lynnwood with a special they have advertised. My husband and myself paid upfront for 12 months, we were in separate interview rooms, and the sales person requested my banking details, and I gave it to him. When my husband went through the entrance the following week, it declined his entrance as they needed his banking details, my husband asked why as we did paid in advance for the year. The manager told my husband that with the special we have to join for 2 years, my husband told the manager that then we want to cancel the contract as we do not want a 2 year agreement. He told us it, that we could go ahead with the 12 month contract.<br> On the 26 of April 2015 at 4:04 I have send a request to membership.lynnwood, if it will be possible to move our period of starting, as we only went to the gym 5 times, nobody ever rep**** to my email.<br> This month the 1st of November, we were so surprised, after the manager assured us that we only have a 12 month membership, Planet Fitness deducted R500 for myself and R500 for my husband. Gym Fees. <br> I have send this unauthorised debit order back, but please do not deduct again!!!!
