Debit Dispute

I do not understand why you have debited my bank account on a service I have never used before.

I totally regret ever signing up with you gym as you are bunch of greedy, inconsiderate ******* and have no time for you customers but to rather exploit them by enforcing a contract without reason.

I signed up with you in March and a week later we went on lockdown. I called you and requested you to put a hold/freeze my membership with your organization till early next year as my wife was expecting in August and at least once my daughter is past 3 months I will be more comfortable to attend your gym or alternatively cancel my membership as it was and still is a high risk for me to go to gym and be exposed to the virus and bring it home to my then pregnant wife and equally important my father who suffers from chronic illnesses (78) and mother (70). High risk.

I called you again in August and followed up and you told me that unfortunately due to me signing a contract with you, I am obligated to pay my monthly membership regardless of my parents and my new born baby and wife and that if I want to cancel my contract I need to pay out of contract termination cost of around R2, 000???? What the actual **** is wrong with you people?????

I have never set foot in your gym and I have neve utilized your resources and yet I am being held ransom due to your greed and exploitation????

Cancel my membership with immediate effect as I have run out of patience and I want nothing more to do with your company. Bunch of ****s mascarading as a business calling yourselves
