Debit 3 times from my account in a 1 month periof

Hi, I was debitted on the 2nd of September, on the 28th of September and again on the 1st of October. I also need to cancel my contract as i Have been diagnosed with COPD , chronic opstruction pulmonary disease, therefor i am unable to work, I am currently on temporary disability and not getting a income. I dont believe that it is fair to be charged for the cancellation due to medical reasons, it is not like i have asked to get this sick. Please advise, i have all dr reports from my specialist as well.
