Debi check **********ly approved

Planet fitness debited my account and they have down a Debi check that was not even authorised by me.when I check on my bank account it shows that it was approved on the 26 April 2021 and I did not even authorise any Debi check. I had a contract with planet fitness that started in 2019 and told them I was retrenched from work last year. They have **********ly approved a Debi check this year which I have no knowledge of.
