Customer service is non existent. The call centre number on their webpage does not even work.

What is communicated to you on signing your Vitality contract is not what is implemented in the event that you cancel your vitality membership. You are locked into a 12 month contract at R799 per month. Should you cancel they then charge you a cancellation fee of 30% of the outstanding months fees. Not to mention that if you have already paid the full months gym fees they cancel your membership immediately. So it’s not just 30% it’s a month plus 30%.

I now understand why Planet Fitness gyms are so quiet and people are refraining form joining them. It’s ****************!
