Monthly payment: I am a member at Planet Fitness for more than 2months. My contract was now on month to month due to the fact the contract time had expired. After few months of paying month to month with the help of Vitality, I decided to cancel my membership. MacGregor Jack called me to enquire as to why I am canceling. Told him I have been retrenched and I can not afford R799 a month since I had lost membership with Vitality. MacGregor Jack made a deal with me that I can pay 50% less of the R799. I agreed. Planet Fitness deducted R799 as usual even though there is a deal in place, ****************.
