Daylight *******- Planet Fitness

I am a gym member of Planet Fitness Signature at The Marc in Sandton Johannesburg. I believe that this gym is running a **** against its gym members by ensuring that the debit you on the wrong day so you will have to pay for your fees manually at the gym and pay extra because the debit did not go off successfully.

I thought I was the only person, yet today I witnessed that other members also weren’t debited on the correct day and had to pay extra at the gym to keep the account up to date. This is daylight *******!!! Even one of the staff members at the front desk said they noticed a lot of people are having this issue at the gym.

What is going on planet fitness??????!!

This gym is located in the richest square mile in Africa yet there is no water in the building to shower or use the steam room. The gym needs to have a contingency plan in place ensuring that all facilities are available to members at all times!
