Daylight *******! Gyms need to stop treating us like this

I have a HUGE problem with my account. In 2006 I was 17years old and my mother got me a gym membership with Planet Fitness Centurion. She was offered a 3year contract because i was unable to be covered in her vitality program which she paid for in full on the. Now I want to get my own gym membership and I am told I owe money. Please explain to me how i owe money if my membership was a once off payment agreement and not a month to month payment. I even requested the contract that I signed with you and I still have not received it. Instead I was made to pay a R100 joining fee by a field sales person claiming he will help resolve the issue and I am still waiting. It's almost 17years later and still you are inconvieancing my life for your failures.
