DAY LIGHT ******* AND INCOMPETENCE FROM PLANET FITNESS

I entered into a 24 month fixed term contract with PF on 10/01/2015. The contract we clearly signed stipulate that i will be paying a rack rate of R399 plus a 10% annual increase on the annivessary of the contract. I then contacted PF to confirm if i will be indeed paying a monthly fee of R438.90, Thulani from planet fitness confirmed that i will be indeed paying the amount of R438.9 as the contract stipulate. I then made 2 months payment at the club i normally go to. Then end of Septemeber a debit went off my account of which i called and enquired. I was told it was administration fees. The same debit order went off twice end of November and no one is able to explain why. I am being told is annual increase, the annual increase is 10%. From R399 a 10 % increase is R39.90. How is it that PF debit for R83.79 monthly?? They need to explain how they are interpreting the contract because whatever they are doing is *******. I contacted PF few times and still my query is not resolved. I just want to know why am i paying an amount which is not part of the contract as the contract was very clear. It stipulates the increase. I have contacted PF few times and they acknowledge that the contract is clear but no one can make decision, instead they block my tag and i cant get access after paying my full membership.
