Customer service personnel rude and disrespectful

Wrong deductions on ,In addition one of your call center service personnel hung up on me when I tried to enquirer about the reason why my account has been increased without my knowledge. This is so unprofessional and it clearly shows that the company does not value its customers!

I am disappointing with the service received and will not like to be associated with such an organisation!
