Customer service is pathetic..

I'm completely disgusted at planet fitness customer service! 3 weeks now and no feedback... My contract has ended in August with you guys and my account has been debited every month but yet I get to gym and it shows I'm owing you guys a ridiculous amount of R3000 how ridiculous! Hows that possible.. I'm so fedup..nobody can tell me what's going on or what's happening at the moment.. how pathetic..
