Customer service is bad and planet fitness does not care

The client service is really bad. 1stly I cancelled my contract with them. I paid a cancellation fee for them to stop debiting my account. I confirmed with them the steps to cancel my contract. They reassured me that all I need to do is pay the cancellation fee then the contract will be done. So I paid the cancellation fee and indeed they stopped debiting my account. That was in March 2020. Then this year in January 2021 they started debiting my account again. I call them to find out the reason. They cannot give me a proper reason. I lay a complaint and no one has contacted me regarding my complaint. So what I’m getting from all of this is they do not care about their customers. Whether 1 is happy or not. They are not making time to try and resolve their issues. Anyone who wants to join planet fitness, keep this in mind.
