Customer Service & Finance Dept AWFUL!!!

<p>I paid upfront for the year for Planet Fitness. For 3 months they have been taking money out of my account so obviously I want it back. I have called for the last 2 months almost everyday to sort it out and nothing has happened. I then got today a refund of R125 which is about R900 short. They refuse to give me my money, they have literally ****** money from me. MY ADVICE: DO NOT SIGN UP TO PLANET FITNESS!! I will tell everyone not to bother with Planet Fitness - rather go elsewhere.</p>
