Customer care from this gym is absolutely pathetic. Called an agent by the name of Dineo to enquire about my contract and she continued to argue with me about the details of my contract until she realized that she had entered the wrong reference number.

Furthermore getting any sort of help from these customer agents is so frustrating as they beat around the bush and never provide you with the details you actually wish to find out.
