<p>This is my embarrassment for today and thanks to Planet Fitness(Siviwe), who without trying to demonstrate customer etiquette values to resolve and find amicable ways to keep the relationship of good faith between supplier and customer alive. He just didnt bother to do anyhting nor try and call a Manager to assist and speak to us.</p> <p> </p> <p>So clearly I have to be embarrassed in front of the whole gym and I now come to work without bath because I’m denied access to the gym this morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>ONLY TODAY, when I have asked time and time and time again what these amounts that have being deducted of my account are for….only now you able to provide me with the attach and you could not email me this statement.</p> <p> </p> <p>So let got through this:</p> <p> </p> <p>June 2016 – you deduct R99</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>July 2016 – you decide to deduct R138.50 (without reason) as per you I didn’t pay my R99 which you never deducted, you just deducted R138.50.<br />But R99 was never deducted from my account. <br />An email was sent to you asking you what the R138.50 was for and you NEVER explain what this amount was for. So I reversed the payment and I told you the I will be doing that. <br />You stated the I never paid my black tag fee and you will be charging me R99 + 20 (R119) for payment not going through as per your email below, still does not come to R138.50</p> <p> </p> <p>July 2016 again, same month…..you decide to deduct R158.50 (without reason again) and again an email was sent to you asking you what the R158.50 was for and you NEVER explain what this amount was for. So I reversed the payment and I told you the I will be doing that and still no explanation <br />You don’t contact me to notify me that you will be debiting me twice in the same month</p> <p> </p> <p> <br />August 2016, you deduct your R99.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>so now I’m sitting with an amount outstanding for R178.50, all because you could not feedback to me what these amount where for. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
