Cruel, evil, horrible, and frankly, quite disgusting company.

Such evil and cruel people. My account wasn't suspended while I worked there as promised, which resulted in my not wanting to continue paying my arrears. The debt then added up despite my opening endless queries without any results. I would write detailed accounts of what was fairly owed, and wouldn't get any reply. Instead, all I got was that my query was closed, without them confirming with me first that I was satisfied, which obviously, I was far from it. I was unable to end my membership due to "Outstanding Arrears". When I worked there as a receptionist, I worked 10 hour shifts at ridiculous hours for a tiny salary and without being allowed to sit down the whole day. They never gave me my first aid certificate which I passed and paid for. WORST COMPANY EVER. Go with Virgin or your local gym.
