Planet fitness is by far the worse gym ever. They ****** especially the one in Craighall. So I had previously joined Planet fitness and cancelled my membership. About two years later I joined again. They had my details on the system. They confirmed that everything was still the same I agreed because nothing had changed. I was rushed into signing contract. 3 months later my mother calls me fuming asking why they debiting from her account. I go back to planet fitness and I request for "Sandra" the sales person who has assisted me. Apparently she did not work there anymore.They "had to let her go". I ask to speak to the Manager, I told the Manager that she captured the wrong account details.Lucky I kept both my contracts . The first one showed my banking account details and the second contract my mother's account details. Because the error had occurred on both side I was willing to pay 50% of the arrears . The Manager told me that it's not their problem and I should just pay. A month later I received call from Landau Attorney's saying my account has been handed over to them. Instead of my balance reducing it has increased from R1800-R2900. I don't know how they got my mother's account details. DON'T JOIN PLANET FITNESS. THEY REALLY NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, YOUR TIME AND YOUR EFFORT.
