I joined Planer Fitness, as I believe that they were better then Virgin Active, biggest mistake, they have all hidden charges, be carful, they are the biggest ******. Today I was charged a Levy double payment, this levy is for maintenance of their equipment. I was never informed by the Sales, they will not inform you as they know they will not get clients with all the costs. I am cancelling my membership. Virgin Activity is the best and I promise you today, they have better equipment and better environment.....I have been with Virgin for over 15 years and with Planet 8 months, I am so sad that I joins these ******. I cannot wait to leave......sadly I am Stuck
