Couldn't care less

I have been trying for most part of today to get hold of a representative, but with no joy. I then called head office who should be the HUB of this business. The lady at the other end told me there is nothing she can do I must just hold when calling the call centre. You all to happy to take our money, but couldn't give a damn in helping your clients with a query? So I should struggle along as a PAYING client and be put up with unprofessional conduct???
