Planet fitness Middelburg Mpumalanga (Midwater) I must say I’m disgusted by the service and level of *******ion that is going on at Planet fitness Midwater. July I joined the gym and just a few days later I was then informed that the contract had been cancelled. I was called by Dewald the manager of the branch to sign a new contract offering me a bag and I told him I’m no longer interested. Left the bag there and everything because really I was just annoyed. Well to my surprise today I see that my account has been debited. For what I really do not know. I went back to the gym to enquire from Dewald because he has stopped taking my calls and has blocked me on WhatsApp. When I get to the gym, the stuff says he is not there even when he is around. This behaviour is nonsensical and needs to be reprimanded. My question is on what grounds am I being debited for when I can’t access the gym. My tag was closed as the contract was cancelled by them. Now why am I paying?
